Employment Benefits
Monthly Salary: 2.4 – 3.0 million KRW (depending on experience).
Housing: Rent-free private apartment (single occupancy).
Travel: Entrance flight reimbursement. (one way)
Vacation:11 Paid vacation days plus all Korean national holidays.
Security: Full health insurance, national pension, and severance pay (one month's salary) upon contract completion.

Qualifications
To qualify for an E-2 teaching position in South Korea, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Native English Speaker: Must be a citizen of Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the UK, or the USA.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Criminal Record: Clean national-level criminal record check.
Health: No critical medical problems (must be able to pass a mandatory drug test).
Preferred: Teaching experience and/or a TEFL certificate (preferred but not required).
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy English lessons to Kindergarten and Elementary students.
Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
