From one-time workout plans based around your goals and lifestyle, to weekly/monthly updates and adjustments to your plan based on progress, as well as personal one-on-one workouts with myself to give you the full experience and understanding in the science of the human body with developing muscle and burning excess fat. I also offer meal plans and nutrition advice, as well as diving into the science of each macro/micronutrient that we as humans need, to educate you on the specific purposes of each and how to manipulate them in order to customize your body to achieve your fitness goals. As someone who has made the transformation on my own body, losing 90lbs in 8 Months, I understand the mental and physical barriers that come into play when starting out, so there’s no need to feel unwelcome regardless of your starting point, everyone deserves to be healthy.
