Hillside Gardens Ltd is a root Vegetable Farm located in Bradford, Ontario
We are currently looking to hire a Farm Foreman.
Requirements:
2 YEARS OF MINIMUM EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A VEGETABLE FARM
ABILITY TO SUPERVISE STAFF
Farm Foremen Main Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of farm workers involved in planting, cultivating, irrigating, weeding and harvesting vegetables. Operate and maintain the use of tractors, irrigation systems, harvesters, and other agricultural machinery. Inspect fields, crops, and farm equipment regularly. Ensure compliance with farm safety standards, sanitation procedures, and company policies. Maintain records related to crop production, employee attendance, harvesting volumes, and inventory
This is a full time position paying $25 per hour. Some overtime is required
Must have your own transportation, public transportation is not available.
