Hermann Dölling Accordion - $250 (Collingwood)

Original Hermaan Dölling Accordion – date unknown, perhaps early 1940s. Made in Sachsenberg Georgenthal Germany, this has been sitting my dry basement and me, unable to play/learn as my arthritis hands have other plans for me.
Everything works, as far as I know. I have pressed every key while pulling and pushing the bellows and all make music. I cannot play any music on this [see above] and my cats are not impressed with my attempts.
The case looks as though it has gone through the war – maybe it has. In any event, you will not win any Grammy awards for this case – however you may gain the gratitude of your friends when you put the instrument back in the case. Or perhaps, be the hit of the party when you take the accordion out to play at Christmas after a few dozen eggnog or gluhwein.

- Ivory keys - undamaged
- Case – seen better days – did its job and protected the instrument
- 2x learning books – with certificate to be signed by instructor once completed
- Original straps
From a cat friendly home, however the cats showed no interest in these beyond the initial sniff.
Located in Collingwood. Sometimes I come down to the centre of the universe and can arrange pick up location in Thornhill or North York.
Asking $220. Will accept reasonable offers. I am also happy to haggle if you wish to have that experience.
If you are fortunate, the cats may be around at time of pick up for a pss pss pss and pet, however no guarantees.
