I might also be interested in a self contained basement apartment... you want security, we can maybe look at having a written agreement. I want a place I won't want to move from for two years or more. I have no bed, or couches, chairs or large tables... if I need them after I move, I can take care of that. I do have a smaller size freezer, and if I need to I can store some of my things elsewhere. I can drive but have no car, have no pets, no children or ex=partner, rarely smoke and not in my home, and drink modestly.
My current apartment has been home almost 15 years, but I want to leave downtown Toronto. (I can provide a reference.)
