Pure Power Washing is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. This is a fully commission-based, independent contractor role focused on generating new business through direct, face-to-face customer engagement in residential neighborhoods.
This is a field-based position, meaning you will be working outdoors and traveling within designated service areas. There is no office work required.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods to promote Pure Power Washing services
Educate homeowners on the benefits of power washing (driveways, siding, decks, etc.)
Generate leads, close sales, and schedule service appointments
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the brand
Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets
Compensation
100% commission-based pay structure
High earning potential based on performance
Bonuses and incentives may be available for top performers
Requirements
Must have access to a reliable vehicle (required)
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required
Work Schedule
