Work Setting: On Site
Shift Schedule: M – Th (6am – 5pm)
Responsibilities:
Complete weld preparation by grinding or cutting
Ensure accuracy of drawings and layouts to drive operational efficiency and avoid the need to complete re-works
Cut and fit steel by means of bandsaws and grinders
Ensure pipes are fitted according to drawings and field measurements
Qualifications:
Experience with Mig, Tig or Arc Welding
Solid understanding of welding symbols
Knowledge of cutting and fabrication processes.
Ability to read blueprints
